Train the Trainer: Storytelling for Trainers

Stories are powerful tools for making learning engaging, meaningful, and memorable. This Train the Trainer session will help new and experienced trainers learn how to find, structure, and deliver stories that connect with learners and reinforce key learning points.

Participants will explore four types of stories, learn a simple four-part storytelling framework, and practise delivering a two-minute training story. Through focused feedback and practical exercises, they will leave with at least one ready-to-use story to bring into their next training session.
