Train The Trainer Academy

Become a Certified Trainer. Keep the Support Long After Graduation.

Most Train-the-Trainer courses are delivered in a short burst and then end.
The Train the Trainer Academy (TTTA) is different.
It’s a blended, assessment-based programme delivered over one month and if you pass, you don’t just receive a certificate.
You gain access to an Academy designed to support your development for as long as you want it. Successful graduates receive 12 months of TTTA membership at no cost, with the option to renew annually after the first year.

What Is a Train the Trainer ?

A Train the Trainer course equips professionals with the skills, techniques, and confidence to design and deliver engaging training sessions. Whether you're stepping into a training role for the first time or looking to sharpen your delivery skills, our programme gives you the tools to make a lasting impact in the classroom and beyond.

Train the Trainer is not just about presenting it covers learning styles, instructional design, delegate engagement, facilitation techniques, and evaluation methods. By the end of the programme, you'll be able to plan structured training sessions that get real results.

And uniquely through our Train the Trainer Academy, you’ll get the course plus 12 months of ongoing support—so you can embed what you’ve learned, refine your delivery, and keep improving long after the programme ends.

Overview

Benefits of Train The Trainer Academy TTTA

Stop Guessing. Start Leading with Structure.

Most people who end up training others have never been taught how to train. They wing it, rely on slides, and hope for the best. Our TTTA give you a proper framework — so every session you deliver has purpose, flow, and a result.

Your confidence in the room will grow noticeably

Standing up in front of a group is uncomfortable for most people, even experienced professionals. We give you the techniques and  more importantly  the practice time to build genuine confidence, not just the appearance of it.

The people you train will actually learn something.

Better trainers produce better learners. When you understand how adults absorb and retain information, you stop talking at people and start designing sessions that stick. Your team notices. Your managers notice.

You'll save your organisation time and money.

Our training is designed to provide the skills in a practical approach. Our students' success is our best asset in showing the quality of our training.

You become someone people actually want to learn from.

Our training is designed to provide the skills in a practical approach. Our students' success is our best asset in showing the quality of our training.

You'll handle difficult delegates without dreading them.

Every trainer eventually faces someone who challenges them  the cynic in the corner, the person who talks over everyone, the delegate who simply doesn't want to be there. Our TTTA prepares you for those situations so they don't derail your session or your confidence.
